My role in this process begins with identifying a relevant topic aligned with the company’s business goals. Collaborating with key team members, I develop an abstract before assigning content creation to a specialized writer. Once the copy is finalized, I coordinate with our marketing agency to ensure the white paper is professionally designed and aligned with our brand.
To maximize its impact, I create a comprehensive promotion strategy, including features in our monthly newsletter, social media campaigns, and visibility at industry events like DCD Connect. For lead generation, the white paper is hosted on a landing page where users submit a form to download it, capturing their contact information for ongoing nurturing and conversion.
In this case, data centers represent a new market for VoltServer. By showcasing our technology in this application, we help potential customers recognize its value and drive interest in our solutions.
