Website Transformation

I collaborated with an external marketing agency to develop a brand refresh, which included updating all digital channels, including the company website. The agency came up with the overall look and feel.

Together, we strategically defined the website’s purpose as both a content hub and a lead generation tool. To enhance conversions, I assisted with the implementation of Account Engagement, to ensure every visitor who downloaded a white paper or subscribed to the newsletter was automatically added to a marketing database for lead nurturing—an essential process the company previously lacked. I also hired a content writer to produce high-value content and implemented regular updates featuring the latest news and events, improving SEO.

Overseeing the entire website transformation, I led and directed the new design, usability, and strategic focus. As a result, website traffic increased significantly, partners and customers complimented on the vast improvement and leads are now properly tracked and passed to sales for follow-up.
